James Litton is an entrepreneur with over thirty years of experience in leadership and organization building. He has worked in numerous diversified, international, multi-cultural business environments including Coca-Cola, Minute Maid, Symantec, Veritas, and Cray. James also has extensive business operations experience across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

He is a founder of Identity Automation, a leading provider of on-premises and SaaS-based Identity and Access Management software. James served as its President and CEO until his retirement in August 2020.

James established Ampleks Investments as a private firm, investing in diversified assets such as private equity and real estate. He also makes loans to businesses that show potential for solid short-term growth.
